Job Summary
To support a growing Client Information Risk Services department, the full-time remote Docketing Specialist will manage the review of electronic mail and filings for accuracy, communicate with attorneys and paralegals, and participate in various projects and initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Review records and enter schedules or deadlines into the docketing system as needed
- Generate and proof routine and specialized docketing system reports, distributing them according to the reporting schedule
- Conduct detailed research into calendaring and jurisdictional rules within docketing software
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 4 years in litigation
- Familiarity with federal and state agencies, and experience with CourtAlert or other docketing systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of PACER and Electronic Court Filings (ECFs)
- Strong research, analytical, and reasoning skills with an understanding of data interrelations
