Job Summary

To support the Client Information Risk Services department, the full-time Docketing Specialist will manage the review of electronic mail and filings for accuracy, enter schedules into the docketing system, and communicate with attorneys and staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Review records and enter schedules or deadlines into the docketing system as needed
  • Generate and proof routine and specialized docketing system reports, distributing them according to the reporting schedule
  • Conduct detailed research into calendaring and jurisdictional rules within the docketing software
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 4 years in litigation
  • Experience with CourtAlert or other docketing systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with PACER and Electronic Court Filings (ECFs)
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with a demonstrated understanding of data interrelations
