Job Summary
To support the Client Information Risk Services department, the full-time Docketing Specialist will manage electronic mail and filings, ensuring accuracy and completeness while collaborating with attorneys and paralegals in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review records and enter schedules or deadlines into the docketing system as needed
- Generate and proof routine and specialized docketing system reports, distributing them according to the department's schedule
- Conduct detailed research into calendaring and jurisdictional rules within docketing software
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4 years in litigation
- Experience with CourtAlert or other docketing systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Familiarity with PACER and Electronic Court Filings (ECFs)
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of data interrelations
