Job Summary

As the primary point of contact for doctor-level inquiries, the full-time remote Doctor Concierge Specialist will manage escalations related to revenue cycle, billing, claims, and operational issues, ensuring accurate and prompt resolutions while maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for doctor concerns, responding within defined SLA timeframes
  • Investigate escalated issues by reviewing relevant documentation and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive resolution
  • Draft professional written responses and provide clear verbal explanations regarding billing processes and claim statuses
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare, dental, or medical billing environment
  • 4+ years of direct experience managing escalations or complaints with doctors or provider offices
  • 5+ years of working in revenue cycle with demonstrated experience in claims, EOBs, denials, and billing workflows
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft professional and empathetic responses
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using ticketing or case management systems
