Job Summary

A company is looking for a Doctor Relations Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement programs to support the career needs of optometrists and attract top doctor talent
• Lead the development of career strategies and mentorship programs for optometrists
• Partner with leadership to develop programs that attract and retain optometrists within the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 additional years of experience in a related role
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience
• Proven track record in leading complex business initiatives
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
