Doctoral Associate Faculty

Job Summary

To support student engagement and academic success, the part-time virtual Doctoral Associate Faculty will instruct undergraduate and/or graduate courses, deliver course content, and maintain an engaged classroom presence while collaborating with students and faculty in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver course content and assessments while ensuring timely access to materials for students
• Create a supportive learning environment by addressing student inquiries and fostering academic growth
• Engage in additional duties such as coaching, tutoring, and overseeing student clinical/practicum experiences as required

Required qualifications

• Doctorate in Business, Education, Healthcare, or a related field requiring a dissertation
• Six doctoral-level credits in research methodologies or equivalent experience in academic administration
• Degree must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Record of research and scholarly activity within the last five years
• Completion of annual Dissertation Chair Training Refresher (DCTR)
