Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member for the Doctoral of Business Administration program.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach various courses in the Doctoral of Business Administration program
• Engage students through frequent interaction and provide constructive feedback on their work
• Guide students in collaborative learning and assess their performance using rubrics

Required Qualifications

• Terminal degree (DBA, PhD) in business, management, or a related field
• Extensive experience teaching doctoral level courses and supervising dissertations
• Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is preferred
• Current and active industry professional experience in business is preferred
• Commitment to mentoring students in academic writing and research methodologies
