Doctoral Business Administration Faculty

Job Summary

To support student success in a fully remote environment, the part-time Associate Faculty in Doctoral Business Administration will instruct undergraduate and graduate courses, engage with students, and perform various classroom-related activities to enhance academic rigor and achievement.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver course content and assessments while ensuring timely availability of materials for effective student participation
• Maintain an engaged classroom presence and proactively address student inquiries and academic issues
• Perform additional duties such as coaching, tutoring, and overseeing student practicum experiences as required by the course

Required qualifications

• Doctorate in Business or Management, or a Doctorate in any area with a completed dissertation
• Minimum of 3 years of current experience in Strategy or Management
• Degree must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Record of research and scholarly activity within the last five years
• Completion of the self-guided Dissertation Chair Training Refresher (DCTR) annually
