Doctoral Educational Leadership Faculty

Job Summary

To support student success in a fully remote environment, the part-time Associate Faculty in Doctoral Educational Leadership will instruct undergraduate and graduate courses, engage with students to foster academic rigor, and perform various classroom-related activities as directed by university leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver course content and assessments while ensuring timely access to materials for students
• Maintain an engaged classroom presence and proactively address student academic issues
• Perform additional duties such as coaching and overseeing student clinical experiences as required by the course

Required qualifications

• Doctorate in Educational Leadership or a related field requiring a dissertation
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in K-12 or higher education, educational technology, or curriculum development
• Degree must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Record of research and scholarly activity within the last five years
• Completion of annual Dissertation Chair Training Refresher (DCTR)
