Job Summary

A company is looking for a Doctoral Faculty Manager - Educational Leadership (EDD) (Virtual).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee faculty supervision activities, ensuring effective course content delivery and enhancing student engagement
• Assist in developing strategies for faculty engagement and support throughout the faculty lifecycle
• Establish and monitor employee performance objectives, conducting performance discussions and implementing coaching plans

Required Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a field related to the academic program
• Five years of proven experience in a related field
• Knowledge of adult education principles and curriculum development
• Managerial experience with a record of enhancing instructional quality
• Experience working in higher education with diverse doctoral students
