Doctoral Health Administration Faculty

Job Summary

To support student success in a fully remote environment, the part-time Associate Faculty in Doctoral Health Administration will instruct undergraduate and/or graduate courses, engage with students to enhance academic rigor, and perform various classroom-related activities in accordance with university standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver course content and assessments while ensuring timely access to materials for students
• Maintain an engaged classroom presence, addressing student inquiries and fostering a supportive learning environment
• Perform additional duties such as coaching and overseeing student clinical experiences as required by the course or program

Required qualifications

• Doctorate in Health Administration or related field, or a doctorate in any area with a dissertation and 3 years of senior-level health administration experience
• Degree must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Record of research and scholarly activity within the last five years
• Completion of annual self-guided Dissertation Chair Training Refresher (DCTR)
• Experience in senior-level health administration roles within the health sector
