Required Qualifications

• Earned a terminal degree in Leadership, Higher Education, Research, or Community College
• 1+ year of teaching and leadership experience in a formal educational setting, preferably in higher education
• Experience in developing online/virtual professional relationships
• Evidence of professional research and/or creative endeavors in the field
