Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time Doctoral Research Adjunct Faculty will engage with students to enhance their learning experience, oversee course quality, and contribute to professional development within the academic community.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates a productive learning environment by interacting professionally with students and providing timely feedback on assignments
• Supports the college's mission and policies while promoting ethical conduct and directing students to supplemental resources
• Pursues ongoing professional development to maintain expertise in curricula and industry trends

Required qualifications

• Earned terminal degree in Leadership, Higher Education, Research, or Community College
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching and leadership experience in a formal educational setting, preferably in higher education
• Demonstrated experience in developing online/virtual professional relationships
• Evidence of professional research and/or creative endeavors in the field
