Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Chair - Professor in the Department of Resource Operations Professions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality online instruction and foster a supportive learning environment
• Develop and improve courses and instructional practices in collaboration with faculty and support teams
• Participate in departmental activities, governance, and support accreditation efforts

Required Qualifications

• Earned a doctorate in psychology
• At least three years of online teaching experience, including curriculum development
• Three to five years of practical professional work experience in a relevant field
• Experience teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses in psychology
• Experience working with adult, non-traditional learners is preferred
