Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Administrator to support an Enterprise Sales Account team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and route active and new purchase orders (POs) for proper contract bookings
  • Manage work order sales requests and track active contracts and service requests
  • Provide data points and monthly reports on cost savings for sales and management
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills
  • Ability to compare and pull data from spreadsheets
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
