Job Summary
A company is looking for a Document Administrator to support an Enterprise Sales Account team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and route active and new purchase orders (POs) for proper contract bookings
- Manage work order sales requests and track active contracts and service requests
- Provide data points and monthly reports on cost savings for sales and management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills
- Ability to compare and pull data from spreadsheets
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
