Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Analyst to support the Office of Administration and Executive Secretariat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across FAA, DOT, and other federal agencies
  • Develop and finalize all documents delivered to the Chief Administrative Officer and other stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth research to support FAA staff with special projects and routine tasks
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security clearance
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with editing and proofreading official documents
  • Prior experience working in federal government contracting is preferred
