Document Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To support the implementation and optimization of document automation initiatives, the full-time remote Document Automation & Integration Engineer will serve as the subject matter expert, collaborating with legal and technical teams to design, maintain, and enhance automated document workflows and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the firm's document automation strategy by evaluating and optimizing technologies and workflows
• Design and maintain integrations between document automation platforms and Salesforce, ensuring effective data synchronization
• Develop and manage automated document templates and workflows, translating business requirements into scalable solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in document automation, document assembly, or document generation solutions
• Proven ability to create and maintain complex document templates and workflows
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, business rules, and process optimization
• Experience working with structured data sources and business systems
