Document Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and optimization of document automation initiatives, the full-time remote Document Automation & Integration Engineer will serve as the subject matter expert, collaborating with legal and technical teams to design automated workflows and integrate document generation solutions with business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of document automation solutions and best practices
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and document automation platforms
• Translate business requirements into scalable document automation workflows and templates

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in document automation or document generation solutions
• Proven ability to create and maintain complex document templates and workflows
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and business rules
• Experience with structured data sources and business systems
