Document Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To support the firm's document automation initiatives, the full-time remote Document Automation & Integration Engineer will implement, optimize, and manage document generation solutions while collaborating with attorneys and technology teams to enhance workflows and integration with Salesforce and other systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for document automation solutions and best practices
• Design and maintain integrations between document automation platforms and business applications
• Develop and manage automated document templates and workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in document automation, assembly, or generation solutions
• Proven ability to create and maintain complex document templates and workflows
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and process optimization
• Experience with structured data sources and business systems
