Document Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To support the implementation and optimization of document automation initiatives, the full-time remote Document Automation & Integration Engineer will serve as the subject matter expert, collaborating with various stakeholders to design and maintain automated workflows and ensure effective integration with business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead document automation efforts by establishing best practices and optimizing workflows
• Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and document automation platforms, ensuring seamless data synchronization
• Develop, test, and manage automated document templates and workflows to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementing and managing document automation solutions
• Proven ability to create and maintain complex document templates and workflows
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, business rules, and process optimization
• Experience with structured data sources and business systems integration
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
