Document Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the implementation and optimization of document automation initiatives, the full-time remote Document Automation & Integration Engineer will serve as the firm's subject matter expert, collaborating with various stakeholders to design and maintain automated document workflows and ensure effective integration with Salesforce and other systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for document automation solutions and best practices
• Design, configure, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and document automation platforms
• Translate legal and business requirements into scalable document automation solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementing or managing document automation solutions
• Proven experience creating and maintaining complex document templates and workflows
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and process optimization
• Experience working with structured data sources and business systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
