Document Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To support the implementation and optimization of document automation initiatives, the full-time remote Document Automation & Integration Engineer will serve as the subject matter expert, collaborating with various stakeholders to design, maintain, and enhance automated document workflows and integrations with business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead document automation efforts by providing expertise, recommendations, and best practices for technology and workflow improvements
• Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and document automation platforms, ensuring effective data synchronization and process automation
• Translate legal and business requirements into scalable document automation solutions and maintain complex document templates and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementing or managing document automation solutions
• Proven ability to create and maintain complex document templates and workflows
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and business rules
• Experience with structured data sources and business systems
