Job Summary
A company is looking for a Document Control Coordinator responsible for managing project documentation and ensuring efficient data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement document/data management solutions focusing on document control and records management
- Receive, track, and monitor documents, maintaining databases and producing necessary reports
- Manage data distribution systems and ensure timely approvals and distribution of documents
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in document control
- Proficient in MS Windows and related office software
- Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems
- Experience with Sharepoint, Procore, and Resident Management System (RMS) is preferred
