Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Control Coordinator responsible for managing project documentation and ensuring efficient data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement document/data management solutions focusing on document control and records management
  • Receive, track, and monitor documents, maintaining databases and producing necessary reports
  • Manage data distribution systems and ensure timely approvals and distribution of documents

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in document control
  • Proficient in MS Windows and related office software
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems
  • Experience with Sharepoint, Procore, and Resident Management System (RMS) is preferred
