Job Summary

A company is looking for a Freelance Document Formatting QA Specialist to ensure quality control of document formatting before client delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Perform final quality control checks on document formatting and layout
Verify layout consistency and ensure adherence to client style guides
Deliver 100% client-ready files with same-day availability for projects

Required Qualifications

Vast experience in document formatting
Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or similar is a plus
Knowledge of XTRF is a plus
Experience with Windows Operating System is a must
