Job Summary
Supporting the U.S. Department of Justice's complex litigation mission, the full-time Document Management Analyst II will perform moderately complex litigation support tasks, including reviewing case materials, indexing files, and drafting procedures, all in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Proofread and edit deliverable products for accuracy and quality
- Occasionally serve as a team leader for Document Management Technicians and clerical support staff
- Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of various case materials and perform document acquisition tasks
Required qualifications:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Three years of experience on major litigation support projects or an undergraduate degree
- Experience or substantial coursework in finance/accounting, health care, or legal environments
- Hands-on familiarity with office automation networks and document review platforms
