Job Summary

To support a remote call center team, the full-time Document Processor will efficiently handle student enrollment documentation, including downloading, reviewing, and processing applications while maintaining compliance and accuracy in student records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, process, and maintain enrollment applications and student files in accordance with compliance standards
  • Verify and manage information related to prospective and current student accounts, ensuring all documents meet compliance requirements
  • Provide customer support across various communication channels to assist families and staff with document-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED and relevant work experience, or a minimum of 2 years in a similar call center role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in managing competing priorities to meet performance goals
