Job Summary
To support a remote call center team, the full-time Document Processor will manage the efficient handling of student enrollment documentation, including downloading, reviewing, and processing applications while ensuring compliance with state and school standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and maintain enrollment applications and student files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
- Verify information related to student accounts and follow established guidelines for document processing
- Provide customer support across various communication channels to assist families with document-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED and relevant work experience, or a minimum of 2 years in a similar call center role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems
- Ability to maintain a distraction-free home office environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
