Job Summary
Working remotely from Florida, the full-time Document Retrieval Specialist will review and file legal documents using internal systems, collaborate with the e-Fulfillment team, and participate in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise and complete additional projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm
