Job Summary

To support a growing legal services team, the full-time Document Retrieval Specialist will review and file legal documents using online platforms, collaborate with team members, and participate in ongoing training while working remotely from Kansas.

Key responsibilities:
  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise and complete additional projects as assigned
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm
