Job Summary
To support healthcare documentation processes, the full-time Document Review Analyst will validate and review healthcare-related documents remotely, ensuring data integrity and quality using an AI-powered platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, segregate, review, and validate healthcare-related documents according to established quality standards
- Conduct high-volume data entry and compare data to source documents to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Establish and maintain an organized filing system while safeguarding confidential customer information
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with familiarity in healthcare documentation and medical records
- Experience reviewing or processing healthcare documents such as HCFA Bills, Non-HCFA Bills, and UB-04 Bills
- Proficiency in using software applications, including AI-powered platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (minimum 12+3 years of formal education) in any discipline
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy in data validation
