Document Review Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal for their Document Review group.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents to identify crucial information and assess relevance to ongoing legal matters
• Collaborate with legal professionals to achieve project objectives
• Perform targeted legal research to support case development and strategy

Qualifications:

• Certificate from an ABA-approved Paralegal Education Program, or an associate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies
• Understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and procedures
• Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and document review software
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, particularly Teams, Word, and Excel
• Prior experience or demonstrated understanding of handling sensitive and confidential information
