Document Review Specialist

Job Summary

Evaluating and analyzing various dealer documents for accuracy and compliance, the remote Dealer Services Document Review Specialist will manage document reviews, assist with troubleshooting technical issues, and communicate with dealers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document dealer ACH, Company Name, and DBA name changes while completing owner verification calls
• Accurately enter and upload dealer information in operating systems such as SalesForce and DecisionLender
• Respond to dealer and internal staff inquiries, resolving issues and communicating with relevant departments to ensure document accuracy

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or a related field, or 2 years of marketing or sales experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers and regulatory agencies effectively
• Experience presenting information to management and public groups
