Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using various software
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of specialized applications and provide feedback on team performance
Required Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of experience in document outsourcing or the legal industry preferred
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and experience with Adobe Acrobat or Kofax preferred
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments
