Job Summary
A company is looking for a Document Processor/Presentation Specialist to provide document production and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and edit legal documents, ensuring adherence to standards
- Design and format PowerPoint presentations and handle multimedia requests
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, including data analysis and presentation formatting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Desktop Publisher/Presentation Specialist
- Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior law firm supervisory/management experience preferred
- Solid understanding of Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDraw or Illustrator
- Experience with legal-specific software preferred
