Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Processor/Presentation Specialist to provide document production and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, format, and edit legal documents, ensuring adherence to standards
  • Design and format PowerPoint presentations and handle multimedia requests
  • Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, including data analysis and presentation formatting

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years' experience as a Desktop Publisher/Presentation Specialist
  • Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior law firm supervisory/management experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDraw or Illustrator
  • Experience with legal-specific software preferred
