Job Summary
A company is looking for a Document Specialist to provide administrative support for business operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using various software
- Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, and charts
- Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects
Qualifications & Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in document outsourcing or legal industry preferred
- Ability to learn through in-person training, remote training, and self-guided learning
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat or Kofax for PDF manipulation is a plus
