Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Specialist to provide administrative support for business operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using various software
  • Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, and charts
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects
Qualifications & Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year experience in document outsourcing or legal industry preferred
  • Ability to learn through in-person training, remote training, and self-guided learning
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat or Kofax for PDF manipulation is a plus
