Job Summary

Managing customer inquiries and coordinating with field agents, the full-time Document Specialist will ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while working remotely from anywhere in the contiguous United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely deployment and accuracy of work orders
  • Achieve productivity goals and generate reports on individual metrics for management
  • Develop and improve systems for tracking orders to maximize efficiency for customers
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of legal/litigation support experience, with California experience preferred
  • Process-driven with the ability to adapt, multi-task, and manage changing priorities
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience in maintaining a customer-focused approach in decision-making
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to reliability
