Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of document templates, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance
• Translate insurance product requirements into reusable templates in collaboration with software engineers and other stakeholders
• Develop, debug, and optimize document templates while maintaining high quality and stability standards

Required Qualifications

• Experience in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Go, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with structured data formats (e.g., JSON) and mapping data into templates
• Ability to manage multiple requests and projects using tools like Jira
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
