Document Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of document templates across all supported insurance lines
• Translate insurance product requirements into schema-driven, reusable templates
• Develop, debug, and optimize document templates in collaboration with the engineering team

Required Qualifications

• Experience in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Go, JavaScript)
• Comfort with or interest in learning HTML and templating technologies
• Familiarity with structured data formats (e.g., JSON)
• Ability to manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously using tools like Jira
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
