Document Support Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of document templates, the full-time Document Support Engineer will develop and maintain templates for insurance documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of document templates from design through maintenance across various insurance lines
• Translate product requirements into reusable templates, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Develop, debug, and optimize document templates, diagnosing issues and improving performance

Required qualifications

• Experience in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Go, JavaScript)
• Comfort with HTML and templating technologies (e.g., Jinja)
• Familiarity with structured data formats such as JSON
• Ability to manage multiple requests and projects using tools like Jira
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
