Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, revise, and convert various types of documents using firm technologies
  • Conduct document review procedures and ensure timely fulfillment of requests
  • Provide document formatting guidance and troubleshooting support to requestors
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or legal support environment
  • Expert level knowledge of document productivity solutions such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Demonstrated experience with Excel functions for data analysis
  • College degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration or Information Systems
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
