Job Summary
A company is looking for a Document Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, revise, and convert various types of documents using firm technologies
- Conduct document review procedures and ensure timely fulfillment of requests
- Provide document formatting guidance and troubleshooting support to requestors
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or legal support environment
- Expert level knowledge of document productivity solutions such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Demonstrated experience with Excel functions for data analysis
- College degree preferred, ideally in Business Administration or Information Systems
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed
