Job Summary
A company is looking for a Document Support Specialist to create, format, and finalize legal documents for the Structured Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and format legal documents and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Troubleshoot document issues and provide support for document production during closings and filings
- Collaborate with team members to complete high-volume, time-sensitive assignments
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a document specialist in a law firm or professional services environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with legal terminology and document standards
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
