Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Support Specialist to create, format, and finalize legal documents for the Structured Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and format legal documents and presentations using MS Office Suite
  • Troubleshoot document issues and provide support for document production during closings and filings
  • Collaborate with team members to complete high-volume, time-sensitive assignments
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a document specialist in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and document standards
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
