Document Template Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Generation Template Specialist, Loan Modifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage client documentation for the template repository
• Organize existing templates and monitor investor changes that impact templates
• Assist with testing client-requested changes and perform audit functions

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Technical Writing, Quality Assurance, or Loss Mitigation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
