Key Responsibilities:
- Organizes, reviews, and updates internal/external documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Creates and updates internal/external documentation as needed
- Performs research, writes descriptive guides, and provides training support to the team
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in documentation specialist, technical writer, or editorial assistant roles
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Experience conducting research and ensuring documentation is easily comprehensible
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
