Job Summary

A company is looking for a Documentation Contracting Associate to update and maintain organizational documentation, enhance communication, and provide training support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizes, reviews, and updates internal/external documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Creates and updates internal/external documentation as needed
  • Performs research, writes descriptive guides, and provides training support to the team
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in documentation specialist, technical writer, or editorial assistant roles
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Experience conducting research and ensuring documentation is easily comprehensible
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
