Documentation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Documentation Engineer to manage and enhance technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the product and become a product expert within the first year
• Write and improve technical documentation, including guides and tutorials
• Enhance the documentation experience for users and maintain the documentation build system

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development or related technical experience
• 3+ years of experience in documentation for developer tools
• Proficiency in markdown and git
• Experience with authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth, SAML) and/or React is preferred
• Strong project management and planning skills
