Documentation Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the documentation systems, the full-time Senior Documentation Engineer will manage the pipelines for building, publishing, and AI-enabling documentation while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the documentation site and its publishing as software, including CI/CD pipelines and quality checks
• Build and grow AI-augmented documentation workflows with human oversight
• Generate reference documentation from source specifications, ensuring synchronization with platform code changes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in documentation tooling or content engineering for developer-platform or enterprise B2B products
• Engineering ability in scripting or web stack (e.g., Python, TypeScript, JavaScript) and fluency with docs-as-code
• Hands-on experience building AI-augmented workflows and integrating LLM APIs
• Ability to read and reason about a real codebase and API surface for accurate documentation
• Bachelor's or Master's in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
