Documentation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Documentation Manager to support the Product Development team in managing technical documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage system functionality and user access for Unifize and SpecRight
• Oversee the creation of UPCs and SKUs for new product innovations
• Coordinate internal documentation with contract manufacturers and manage raw material documentation

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the dietary supplement, wellness, or CPG industry
• Background in quality systems, product development, or technical documentation
• Hands-on experience with BOM management and supplier documentation
• Familiarity with platforms such as Unifize, TraceGains, and SpecRight
• Experience with regulatory requirements and label compliance workflows
