Job Summary

A company is looking for a Documentation Reviewer - PRN.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing clinical documentation for appropriateness and accuracy
Conducting quality assurance documentation reviews
Providing customer service and education on CMS guidelines and coding

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of HH and Hospice experience
Must be an RN
One year experience in Coding and OASIS Reviews
Intimate knowledge of multiple electronic health records
Knowledgeable in the Conditions of Participation (CoP's)
