Documentation Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Documentation Solutions Architect will build and support content systems for technical publications, develop AI tools, and enhance documentation workflows within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain tools for technical documentation and localization workflows, improving or developing new translation memory systems
• Evaluate existing documentation workflows to leverage AI tools for efficiency, including automated content generation and quality assurance checks
• Support technical writers with DITA/XML workflows and develop Python scripts to enhance publishing and content reuse

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with experience in AI/ML technologies, Python, Java, XML, and HTML
• Strong IT and solutions architecture skills, particularly in deploying AI tools for document management
• Proven experience in leading the optimization of documentation workflows
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Translation Memory Systems or Component Content Management Systems is a plus
