Job Summary
A company is looking for a Documentation Specialist responsible for creating and maintaining operational documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, write, and revise operational documents, including SOPs, process flows, and training materials
- Manage the organization's document management system to ensure proper storage and access
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and perform audits of documentation for accuracy
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a documentation or operational role in a regulated industry
- Proficiency with document management systems, such as SharePoint
- Familiarity with financial terminology and regulations is desirable
