Job Summary

To support Medicaid processes across multiple markets, the full-time hybrid Documentation Specialist will track Medicaid adjustments, coordinate with customers and facility staff, and ensure timely and accurate documentation of policy statuses.

Key responsibilities:
  • Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicaid processes across various state markets
  • Monitor Medicaid policy adjustments and access applicable portals for reviews
  • Communicate effectively with customers and partner staff while maintaining accurate documentation
Required qualifications:
  • Proven experience in accurate and concise documentation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
