Job Summary
To support Medicaid processes across multiple markets, the full-time hybrid Documentation Specialist will track Medicaid adjustments, coordinate with customers and facility staff, and ensure timely and accurate documentation of policy statuses.
Key responsibilities:
- Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicaid processes across various state markets
- Monitor Medicaid policy adjustments and access applicable portals for reviews
- Communicate effectively with customers and partner staff while maintaining accurate documentation
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in accurate and concise documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
- Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
